$75.00 deposit due at time of reservation. Final head count is due on Tuesday before party date as final invoice is based on that count. The  balance due on Thursday before party date. 

Refundable deposit of $50 with two week notice. Will reschedule, based on availability. 

If your guests do not arrive on time, there will be a $25 fee for every 30 minutes they are late. It is imperative that your guests arrive on time so that the party will start on time  and not affect any other parties that may be scheduled that same day. If necessary, your party will be cancelled and rescheduled, based on availability. 

10% Military and teacher discounts are available to parents of guest of honor. Must mention at the time of booking and show ID. Only one discount may be applied. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/coupons.   

Once Upon A Teacup operates within a 25 mile radius of 20715. $1.00 per mile is charged for travel beyond.
